With a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, he was heavily involved in various engineering societies like SAE, BAJA SAEINDIA, Formula SAE, SUPRA SAEINDIA, and EFFICYCLE. Ravi's expertise spans a wide array of areas, from managing P&L statements to overseeing the entire supply chain operations from procurement to payment processing. His expertise lies in sourcing, building robust processes and control mechanisms, managing supplier performance, setting up shared services, re-engineering business processes, controlling inventory, and balancing demand and supply planning.
