Milind Ravi

Milind Ravi is CEO of RX Propellant. He has an experience of 12 years in lifesciences, real estate business development, leasing, and advisory services, alongside management and investment of specialised industrial assets. He has successfully developed and stabilised Grade-A assets with major global and Indian lifesciences companies, including Novartis Healthcare, GSK Healthcare, Syngene International, Biocon, Dr. Reddy’s, SuvenPharma, Cohance Lifesciences, Sandoz India, Alembic Pharma, and Mylan Pharma. He was part of the team at Alexandria India that developed India’s 1st LEED certified platinum-rated lifesciences building. He has an MBA in marketing and finance from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK, and a bachelor of commerce degree from Delhi University.
