Vickram Kumar brings offline expertise online with Nino Bambino; Organic clothes for kids

Nino Bambino is a brand specializing in kids clothing. Founded by Vickram Kumar, Nino Bambino used to cater via brick and mortar stores and has now opened online. Having their own manufacturing unit, Nino Bambino claims to make clothes from 100% Organic Cotton, certified from the farm to the finished product.

With experience in designing and manufacturing organic cotton baby apparel and having catered to the international market, the brand has been launched with the aim to bring organic clothing to Indian customers now. This move has been made owing to the indulging parents in India.

How are organic clothes beneficial?

“With an increase in the number of chemicals used in the farming process, the cotton which is processed into fabric tends to cause skin irritation and problems. Children have extremely sensitive skin and the use of organic cotton apparel reduces the scope of irritation. Even the buttons used in the clothes are nickel free,” says Vickram.

Online Launch

Nino Bambino has been prudent by first launching via specialised baby products sites like Firtscry.com and babyoye.com among others to increase footprint. Having operated this way for a few months, Nino Bambino has opened up its own online store.
