Dexetra Raises Funding From One97

Dexetra, an app development company based out of Cochin with cross-platform capabilities and apps like TryCube2, SecureKeys, AibiNox, & Friday, today announced that they have raised first round of funding from One97 Mobility Fund.Entrepreneur and Founder of Dexetra, Narayan Babu, spoke with us post funding - “One97 works on the same domain as we do. Vijay Shekhar Sharma is a great mentor, and he comes with a great network. Dexetra is more than just an app development company, we are trying to create a platform. Vijay’s expertise helps us a lot in striking the right kind of partnerships for Dexetra’s scale.”

Narayan said that the investment will be use for scaling the team size and up-scaling the technology. Friday already has over a million users.

Dexetra is one of the Top 20 TechSparks 2011.
